Cookie policy
Effective: 12 May 2026 · Version 1.0
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files saved by your browser on your device (computer, phone, tablet) while you browse a website. They let us recognise your browser on subsequent visits and remember things — that you're logged in, or that you've granted analytics consent.
2. Categories we use
2.1. Essential (required for the site to work)
These cookies are essential for the Service to function correctly and do not require your consent (art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC).
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| printex_session | druktkaniny.pl / printextiles.com | Maintains the logged-in user session | 14 days |
| printex_consent_v1 | druktkaniny.pl / printextiles.com | Stores your cookie-banner choice | 12 months (localStorage) |
| _GRECAPTCHA | Google reCAPTCHA | Bot protection on forms | 6 months |
2.2. Analytics (require your consent)
Help us understand how you use the site — which pages you visit, how long you stay, whether you found what you were looking for. The data is aggregated and anonymous.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Google Analytics 4 | Identifies unique users | 2 years |
| _ga_T4DQ1YR8W5 | Google Analytics 4 (druktkaniny.pl stream) | Identifies sessions within the GA4 stream | 2 years |
| _ga_TPX1Z9K7C5 | Google Analytics 4 (printextiles.com stream) | Identifies sessions within the GA4 stream | 2 years |
2.3. Marketing
We do not currently use marketing cookies (remarketing, ad pixels). If we deploy them in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent again.
2.4. Preferences
Remember UI settings such as light/dark theme or units of measurement. Not currently in use, but available in the cookie banner for future-proofing.
3. Third-party cookies
Some cookies belong to third parties whose services we use:
- Google LLC – Google Analytics 4 and Google reCAPTCHA v3. Details: policies.google.com/privacy and policies.google.com/technologies/cookies.
Data transfer to the US is based on the European Commission's Implementing Decision of 10 July 2023 (EU-US Data Privacy Framework). See Privacy policy, section 5, for details.
4. Managing your consent
On your first visit you'll see a banner with three options:
- Accept all – turns on all categories (except marketing, which we don't currently use).
- Only essential – turns off analytics and preferences. The site continues to work fully.
- Customize – category-by-category choice.
Your choice is stored locally in your browser (key printex_consent_v1 in localStorage). You can change it any time by clicking "Change cookie preferences" in the footer of every page.
5. Managing cookies in your browser
Independently of the banner, you can manage cookies in your browser settings:
Note that blocking essential cookies entirely may prevent parts of the Service from working (e.g. login, cart).
6. No marketing cookies
We do not use advertising tracking pixels (Meta/Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, TikTok Pixel, etc.). If we deploy any in the future, we will update the cookie banner and ask for fresh consent before they fire for the first time.
